Territory Jaffle Co. was born from a couch conversation and a shared dream. Troy’s extensive experience in hospitality across the NT and QLD, combined with Tory’s passion for food and good eats, sparked an idea: to share their love of good food with the community. What began as a simple concept quickly came to life with the custom design and build of our food van. Today, we’re proud to serve up bold flavours, nods to family favourites, and gourmet twists to Adelaide. For us, a jaffle is more than a toasted sandwich – it’s a delicious escape from the ordinary, a story, a memory, and a taste of home.

Absolutely! We can make a jaffle using plant-based butter (Nuttelex) and Bio Cheese (Cheddar), so everyone can enjoy a delicious jaffle.
Our Chakalaka and Meltmaster jaffles are already vegetarian (V), and some customers modify our Swiss Pickle by removing the salami for a simple pickle and cheese combo. Let us know your preferences - we love new ideas!
